Cool Eustress Mindset: Don’t Let Distractions Distract You; Obstacle Is The Way; And Thrive On Adversity

At first I thought I’ll be unable to do today my first set of 55 push-ups with an empty stomach right after waking and getting up.

I thought to myself today that I’ll just do my first set of 55 push-ups and many other sets of 55 push-ups on one of the coming days.

I even thought to myself today that I can only do 38 push-ups for the first set and on the next many sets of push-ups because it’s what I thought I’m only limited or capable of.

Then, I suddenly changed my thoughts today about what I’m able to do for my first set of push-ups and many other sets of push-ups.

I raised today my standard that I can do 88 push-ups for my first set and many other sets instead of just 38 push-ups for each set.

I achieved today doing my first set of 55 push-ups instead of just doing 38 push-ups or putting off or procrastinating to just do my sets of push-ups on one of the next days.

I’ll work my way up to do my 88 push-ups for each set from only 38 push-ups each set to 55 push-ups each set which I achieved today.

Our mind, brain, and body is very powerful you just have to do what you have to do, do what you must do.

You know what to do because our modern society is now experiencing overload of information.

The real challenge each moment of your life is to do more with less when it comes to proper information and all kinds of resources.

Try to read the book of Wattles titled The Science of Getting Well for some good information about the power of the empty stomach.
