How to be Uber Human?Why I only post a very short blog after more than one month or two months? Why I don’t post a blog often?

The routine and diversity of experiences, real deal learning and development, and very rewarding and very fulfilling difficult challenges every day and every night is the real reason why I only post a very short blog after more than one or two months, or why I don’t post a blog often.

Part of the real reason are:

  1.  Reading many books and many articles every day and every night.
  2.   Watching and listening to best podcasts repetitively for thoughts, oral communications, emotions, body sensations, and environmental awareness and training.
  3.  Consistently doing my intermittent fasting or fasting at least 18 hours or more than 24 hours for my every cyclical day because to me my every cyclical day is more than 24 hours .  I can consistently do intermittent fasting or fast for at least 18 hours or more than 24 hours because I drink at least 4 liters of water up to 8 liters of water for my every cyclical day.  Drinking many liters of water with an empty stomach is real deal powerful and life changing.  I also mix raw wild honey once or twice with my drinking water or real good true coffee, or diverse organic teas or organic cacao/tablea/dark chocolate.  I freshly pick and eat raw green leafy vegetables and flowers at 3am or 4am very early in the morning from where they are planted because very early morning dew, et cetera with raw green leafy vegetables and flowers is very powerful and real deal life changing sustainably.  I consistently do without fail my at least two or more 30 minute or more mindfulness with closed eyes and breathing exercises for my every cyclical day.  It really works wonders and true beauty.  Seneca said love of bustle is not an industry. On most of the hours of my cyclical day, my mobile phones and smartphones are in airplane mode or power off.  Gary Varneychuk said it so many times that it really doesn’t matter.
  4.  I consistently do without fail my push ups, sit ups, pull ups, obstacle stamina endurance training, et cetera for my every cyclical day.
  5.  I spend and invest most of my attention and time to very few very important people or clients that is very good for entrepreneurial business, investing, finances, et cetera long term sustainably.  You don’t need too many or too much. Believe me or you will learn it the very hard way in life. 
  6.  Practicing and learning more consistently without fail for my every cyclical day the essentials of the real deal theme of life: Healthy, Wealthy, and Wise.
  7.  I practice consistently without fail for my every cyclical day the real deal minimalist and essentialist life/lifestyle.
  8.  I’m serious about life but not so serious because there are more to life than being so serious about it. Joker role played by Heath Ledger said it so many times eloquently,  “Why so serious?  Let’s put a smile on that face.”
