A considerable number of people nowadays are less convinced that proper workout each and every day will make them more productive, creative, and innovative.

Good science (not bad science) and my first-hand experience of Japanese CONEI/CONI (Constant Never Ending Improvement, which I heard from one of Anthony Robbins’ audio books) through the years are pointing us to the right strategic direction that proper workout each and every day will make you more productive, creative, and innovative.

Believe it or not? It is for your own very good, the proper workout each and every day.
